Land Use and Zoning

Land Use and Zoning are often governed by complex statutes and codes. Even when such codes and statutes are deciphered, the presentation of a concept as something that is permitted by a particular land use regulation or zoning code provision can be a daunting task. We have experience gained from guiding clients through in the maze presented by land use regulations and zoning ordinances, and presenting matters before the municipal and county staffs, boards and commissions that review such matters as well as the experience and knowledge gained by some of the firm’s partners in sitting on and chairing such zoning boards or commissions.
