IRB ORGANIZATION AND OPERATION

We provide the following services to institutions in the process of creating or operating a human subject protection program and one or more institutional review boards

1. Preparation of a policies and procedures operating manual
2. Selection and orientation of members of an institutional review board
3. Preparation of an application for a Federal Wide Assurance
4. Creation of a record keeping system for all proceedings of the institutional review board and all approved research projects
5. Advice with respect to format and document requirements for the submission of research proposals and approved projects
6. Preparation of templates for submission of projects and consent documents
