Every modern commercial real estate transaction requires a consideration of the environmental condition of the property. We will work with licensed professional consultants to assist with the financing due diligence and regulatory compliance that stand between the parties to the transaction and the closing. We have the working knowledge to assist in obtaining “No Further Remediation” letters, where reasonably available, and to assist in defining the scope of remedial steps to facilitate completing a transaction. Sensitivity to the cost and benefit of proposed action helps us advocate for our clients whether they are sellers or purchasers.
