Greg Norwell is a member at Defrees & Fiske. His practice is concentrated in probate, trust administration, and estate planning. He has had over thirty-five years of experience in dealing with a wide variety of estate, tax, business, and family planning matters.

Mr. Norwell is a past chairman of the Chicago Bar Association's Trust Law Committee and is currently a member of the Chicago Bar Association's Trust Law, Federal Tax and Probate Practice Committees, the Chicago Estate Planning Council and the National Association of College and University Attorneys. He was a member of the Evanston Zoning Board of Appeals for over ten years, serviing as its Chairman from 1999 to 2005.

Mr. Norwell received his college education at the University of Chicago and graduated from Northwestern Law School in 1967.
